Two ways to hire the crew. Furniture and TV work comes in flat-price packages. Everything else is quoted per job, and you don't need a package to book it.

Furniture packages

Priced by the number of items. Bubble wrap protection is available for purchase separately.

Every package covers disassembly and removal only. No installation or re-assembly is included.

What counts as an item?

Beds, dressers, tables, TVs, couches and the like each count as one. Bigger or trickier things are specialty items and get priced on request.

Everything else, quoted per job

No package needed. Power washing, cleanouts, painting, repairs, and the rest are priced on their own, whether or not you book a furniture package.

Every one of these depends on the size of the job and what we find on site, so we price them once we've seen the scope. Send a few details or a photo and we'll come back with a number.

+Re-assembly or installation of anything we took apart
+Sanding, prepping, and painting walls or trim
+Spackle and drywall repair beyond patching TV mount holes
+Touch-ups where furniture was sitting against a wall
+Any other service, on its own or on the same visit

Patching the holes behind a TV mount is included in the package.

Good to know

Materials & Supplies: billed separately based on project requirements. All material purchases are approved by the client before purchase.

Pay at Closing: Defer payment until your home closing. We add a premium to offset our risk.
